We support businesses across London to develop their supply chain by assisting them to become ready to supply, access procurement opportunities, and develop their environmental performance through workshops and tailored advice.

We can work with you to ensure sustainable business growth by improving understanding of procurement processes and increasing supplier readiness.

Our support will help you to develop and implement an environmental policy, sign up to the Mayor of London’s Green Procurement Code, gain independent accreditation for environmental management, improve your productivity and profitability, generate sales through private and public sector procurement opportunities, and create sustainable jobs.

Our free services include:

• regular business clubs, which will help you to exchange knowledge, find inspiration and resources, explore potential synergies between attendees, and form potential partnerships
• a range of supplier readiness workshops including: tendering, forming an environmental policy, quality assurance, health & safety, diversity & equality, procurement, pitching & presentation, negotiation, and planning & managing a joint tender
• key examples of best practice
• one-to-one advice on how to improve your supply chain
• advice on how to source partners for bidding

Ready to Supply the City is funded by the City of London Corporation as part of its commitment to bridging the gap between the City and its neighbours and increasing prosperity across the City fringes. This service is only available to businesses based in the City of London, Lambeth, Southwark and the City of Westminster.
