NOCN Level 3 Certificate in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) with a Job Brokerage pathway

This course is made up of five mandatory units and three optional units. It can be delivered as one complete course or separate courses.

1. The complete certificate in IAG

Seven days plus personal study.

New and experienced staff who give advice in any sector and wish to gain recognition for their work.

3. The three optional job brokerage units

Four days plus personal study

Ideal for:

Staff who focus on employment or job brokerage support in any sector and wish to gain recognition for their work.

• continuous Professional Development (CPD) for your staff
• nationally recognised accreditation for delivery of employment support
• the Job brokerage pathway (three units) towards the full IAG certificate
