Community Grants

GLE Consulting manages the LDA’s ESF Community Grants Programme, awarding grants of up to £12,000 to small third sector organisations to deliver employment and skills training to some of London’s most excluded communities. The contract delivers:

• Programme promotion and publicity;
• Assessment of funding applications;
• Contracting with grant awardees;
• Development and delivery programme management and grants;
• Financial management and control; and
• Performance and contract management.

In two years the programme has moved 500 workless people into jobs and up-skilled more than 700.
