• In 1992 the GLE Group employed less than 30 people. Today the Group employs over 300 staff
  

• In 1991 the value of the Group’s property activities totalled £14 million. In 2003/04 this figure was in excess of £39 million
  

• Over the last ten years the Group has acquired and improved or developed over 2 million square feet of business space accommodating over 950 tenants in new or refurbished space
  

• GLE’s Consulting now manages some £62 million of EU and UK grant programmes, providing grants to more than 800 London organisations
  

• Through its invoice factoring subsidiary, Independent Growth Finance (IGF), GLE provides cashflow finance of £50 million to over 300 SMEs
  

• GLE operates London's leading Business Angels Network, with over 200 registered private business angel investors. In 2007/08 over £5.1 million of equity gap finance was invested in 19 growing SMEs by this network and GLE's London Seed Capital business.
  

• GLE also manages £10 million of loan funds from which 82 entrepreneurs unable to raise finance elsewhere accessed finance, and 62 new businesses were created during 2007/08
  

• The group now supports approximately 8,000 small companies each year
