Salary: £43,366 p.a. Fixed Term
You’re faced with a promising business, the service or product is innovative, the management dedicated, the business has a strong UK base and is now looking to take the next step and trade internationally. Which key target overseas markets do you suggest?
In these challenging economic times, it is all the more vital that London businesses find and secure new business opportunities, especially in overseas markets and they need your help. Your role will be to help increase the economic performance of London by identifying SMEs with the best export potential and helping them to compete internationally.
Experienced in international trade, you will have up to date industry knowledge, a high level of commercial acumen and a desire to share your international experience with growing companies. You should have personal experience of, and be credible to, entrepreneurs running small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
You will provide a comprehensive range of business support services to companies which are new to overseas trade and those already engaged in overseas business that wish to enter new markets. You may now be at the stage in your career where you wish to help ambitious London-based SMEs succeed on the international stage. To do this to our high standards, you must be people focused, a good communicator, analytical and innovative, with excellent planning and execution skills.

Marketing Manager – Investment Funds, Maternity Leave (9 month fixed term contract)
Base: Leeds or London
Salary: £25-35k dependent on experience

YFM are seeking a highly motivated, well-organised self starter with financial services experience who can effectively provide support to fulfil the marketing strategy.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong communications background who has worked on varied projects to tight deadlines and is able to undertake tasks using their own initiative with minimal supervision. An understanding of the Private Equity and Venture Capital market would be highly desirable along with knowledge of web editing and analytics and the ability to manage relationships between internal parties and external suppliers.

A first class Communications & PR professional with proven expertise in both internal and external communications is required to join the UK Trade & Investment London regional marketing team.

Your role will be to work as part of the marketing team to help ambitious London-based businesses succeed internationally. To do this to our high standards, you must be people focused, a good communicator, analytical and innovative, with excellent planning and execution skills.
You will have excellent written and oral skills, keen attention to detail, be a strong team player and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
The role will principally involve:
Successful candidates will have excellent IT skills, creative flair, lots of initiative and the ability to spot opportunities to improve performance.
You will be employed by the GLE Group and will be working as part of the UKTI International Trade Team for London.
